Our Monday morning Reminiscence of the Weekend Past

Since their beginnings in Tempe in 2007, The Maine has delivered album after album of inventive and dynamic alternative rock – never retracing their steps but always pushing their sound forward. This innovation doesn't stop in the studio, either. For their most recent release, Lovely Little Lonely, they decided to forego the standard record release process and instead empowered their fans to help spread the message, even offering commission for those who sold copies, and distributing copies themselves at pop-up record stores in L.A. and San Francisco. We caught up with the band as they toured California and had them show us through a weekend in their world:
