Vans x Jen Stark | Short Film

In this dreamy short film, director Ross Haines managed to capture the free and otherworldly spirit of Jen Stark, an artist collaborating with Vans for a Customade project. The film follows Stark out into Joshua Tree National Park, and with the use of projection mapping, her designs are blown up onto the desert landscape, making the nature, Stark, and her work become one.

Stark’s designs are colorful and psychedelic, inspired by the movement of the universe: plant growth, evolution, the very concept of infinity. The designs she has created with Vans contain infinity in themselves, and watching her work come to life is like observing the universe.
