Saint Laurent has partnered with Belgian artist Bruno V. Roels for an exclusive collaboration for Saint Laurent Rive Droite. Shot by Purienne, the campaign celebrates the line of products, on show in the Paris and Los Angeles Saint Laurent Rive Droite stores, alongside select artworks by Roels.
The artist is a firm believer in the impact of transforming a photograph into print—as much as the act of taking a photograph itself, which he does constantly, creating an archive of memories. The collection forms a new archive, one printed on clothing rather than paper. Merging the brand and artists’ works, the pieces are adorned with palm trees and Roels’ photographs—an archive of wearable art.
