We went out and touched our toes, curled for the girls, did some tri's for the guys, and stretched our torsos long and lean—only to look up and discover our spotter had left us for the telly.
Twice a day, Six Times a Week:
Lunge Back with Side Kick 32 x each leg
Easy Side Sit Ups 24 x each side
Toes Down Heals Up 32 x each side
Knee Plank 32 x each leg
Swivel Hips 24 x each leg
Single Leg Bridge Up 24 x each leg
Twist Dips 24 x each side
Half Pike with Tap 24 x each leg
