Natural History of Horror

Holy S***t. If you’re as obsessed with horror movies (also just in time for Halloween) as I am then you’ll be living at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles. The exhibit Natural History of Horror will consist of links to science, history and the art of movie-making by exploring scientific discoveries that inspired some of cinema’s most iconic monsters. Visitors can explore the scientific inspiration for each classic monster through rare movie props, film footage, hands-on interactives and specimens from the collections at NHM.
