Neil Barrett | SS23 Menswear Show

On June 17, Neil Barrett presented his Spring Summer 2023 collection in Milan, Italy. The theme of the collection, “Urban Oasis,” is represented by clothing that could be worn anywhere from a busy city to a quiet desert.

The collection features loose fitting garments with neutral colors. Some pieces are made of materials such as cotton, mesh, and wool while others feature denim and leather, creating a contrast between the looks that embodies the connection between nature and urban life. The garments made of denim even have holes throughout them to make the clothing more breathable.

The venue reflects the theme of the show as it combines nature, through the use of sandy hills, with an urban building. The windows allow natural light to shine into the room, further creating the sense of nature in an indoor setting.
