Sufjan Stevens debuts new song in "Call Me By Your Name" trailer

Sufjan Stevens’ new song “Mystery of Love” made its debut today in the trailer for Luca Guadagnino’s upcoming film Call Me By Your Name. The movie, which is slated to premiere on November 24, is based on André Aciman’s 2007 novel of the same name. The story follows the budding romance of two boys after circumstance puts them in the same summer villa.

Call Me By Your Name has been marked as a potential Oscar contender, with Guadagnino’s sensual film style getting overwhelmingly positive reviews from Sundance Film Festival. Stevens’ literary and passionate approach to his own music sets the mood for the trailer perfectly.
