Interscope Records Hosts Bangin' BET Awards Pre-Party

Before Leslie Jones got onstage at the Microsoft Theater, before Michelle Obama congratulated Chance the Rapper on becoming Humanitarian of the Year, before Beyoncé won the most awards of the night (surprise, surprise - to absolutely nobody), before SZA belted out those songs that lavishly broke our hearts just like they did the first time we heard them on Ctrl, there was a party.

To be exact, a party hosted by Interscope Records at the lavish and lovely ROKU/Blind Dragon in West Hollywood, nestled in a crook of the Sunset Strip. Sponsored by the likes of Martell Cognac, Clairol Professional, PRG, Finish Line, Fanta, and MEZZ, this annual pre-party on the eve of the BET Awards always delivers, and this year was no exception. 

The biggest and the best names in entertainment celebrated with a night of music, drinks, scrumptious hors d'oeuvres, and a celebration of the black community. Alphas of the night like Playboi Carti, A$AP Rocky, J. Cole, Lana Del Rey, Kamaiyah, and Tina Knowles came out to play, stepping from curb to carpet, snapping photos, and ducking inside to the party, where DJs Reflex and A-OH kept the dance floor bumping late into the warm Hollywood evening.
