Takashi Murakami Debuting A New Collection In NY, The Deep End Of The Universe

Takashi Murakami will be introducing a whole new series of paintings featuring his traditional aesthetic and Japanese pop culture mixed works in New York. The artist's collection The Deep End of the Universe will be featured in the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, (Buffalo, New York) beginning November 4 and will be on display until January 28, 2018.
According to the gallery this installation is monumental, totaling at 150 feet and is "one of the most ambitious the artist has ever created." The Deep End of the Universe will also be Murakami's first large-scale installation in Western New York.
